Quality, hotel, clean and spacious rooms

Everything was clean & fresh! The breakfast was ok, but the staff were super friendly & attentive.

Easy and comfortable clean and tidy place updated some more things to do like free Parking for your customers, we must know we are and our stuff are safe kids Playgrounds or Kids Entertainment indoor please , Staff must be nicely with kids , woman staff Receptionist are very good and helping but man wasn’t good with Kids Thanks for asking

You are just off Route 10 yet it’s quiet in the room at night. Huge rooms as part of the suite at a fair price for what you get. I would have no problem traveling as a couple with another couple or even my parents seeing how there’s a kitchen and living room between the two en suite bedrooms.

This is a nice suite hotel that offers good size rooms a full kitchen. The hotel and rooms were updated fairly recently but I knocked off one star because there were some areas like corners in both common areas and in the room where cleanliness could be improved and because some furnishings and cabinets were a little beat up. I also took off a star because this is a suburban hotel with nothing around it where just about every guest is expected to drive and park a car. The hotel has a huge parking lot with plenty of space but they still charge a fee for parking which I consider to be a junk fee considering the location. If the hotel wants to charge more, they should increase the price of rooms, not charge a parking fee for a hotel in the suburbs.

Hotel was Fine ridiculous 15 a night charge for parking 50 open spots in the lot and they charge you to park your own car no valet parking simple park around the hotel will not stay again until parking situation is fixed

Great, except, seriously, a $15 parking charge that requires an inconvenient online registration? The hotel should just add $15 to the tate, OR clearly advertise that fee. But otherwise, this place is great. There's a Wegmans grocery store just about a minute drive or 10 minute walk away!

Stayed here for Dark Force Fest & it was great! Very nice to have breakfast and coffee every day, check-in and checkout was smooth. I appreciate that checkout is noon!

I didn't notice until a day after I left, bit by bed bugs. Have them all over. Would not stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. The elevator did not work, the body soap dispenser was empty and the room was not made up until 8pm. They should not be charging for parking in a location like this. Breakfast that was included was pretty bad Convenient to rt 10 and 287

Room was filled with ants and small black flies. Hotel reported that the fee for having a cat was $175 but then charged me $350. I paid for the hotel via Expedia but then was charged by the hotel for the room, resulting in a full refund from Expedia. None of it made sense. Please consider staying at a different hotel in the area.

I love this hotel because its pet friendly.
