Bad management if you have a problem with the hotel they will not help you avoid this property

Located downtown, close to train station and where we met our group for a day tour. Hotel is very nice with a small pool. It is very clean and modern. The staff were able to give us an early check in as we had just come off a cruise ship and arrived in the morning. Would highly recommend.

Everthing was good. The room was a bit small, but all together everything was good.

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Kahvaltısı abartılı değil ama güzel. Temiz ve personeli güleryüzlü. Otelde beğenmediğimiz tek şey, odalarda ses yalıtımının yeterli olmamasıydı.

Great for solo travel, clean room and good amenities- I only stayed for one night but easily could have done 2/3 nights. The staff were great although I did feel like they were overwhelmed with people checking in / checking out!

The location of the hotel was perfect and the rooftop bar/pool a lovely bonus. Our room, especially for a suite was small but the view was definitely better than that of our friends who had a big wall. The outlets in the rooms were terrible as plugs would not stay put so we were reduced to one outlet.. not ideal. Front desk service and housekeeping were excellent!

Great location and price! Hotel overall was clean, but we did notice several ants and mosquitoes in our room throughout the stay. Rooftop pool and bar were great amenities to have. Very helpful staff!

Nice hotel, great staff that can work miracles. Very caring. Rooms are nice. Prices are great. Great location 1 block from Gothic area and the Big double decker site seeing stops 1 block away.

We were transitioning to a cruise, the hotel was very accommodating and night staff was very informative and helpful.

Next to the Gothic district and close to Hop on Hop off City tour buses. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and several attractions. Hotel room was very basic but nice and clean. Small coffee shop attached was nice for that morning coffee and crossiant. Staff at both hotel and coffee shop were helpful and friendly.

Front desk people are friendly and helpful! Newly upgraded hotel! Location is excellent! Red line and blue line cross at front of hotel! Highly recommend!
