Great Hospitality

Comfortable beds. Comfortable pillows, too and friendly staff. Another plus is U o Pizza that is adjoined to the hotels. Great pizza!🍕 Hotel room Decor was okay. I wasn’t “wowed” when I walked in but it served its purpose. :). Some feedback: The bedding was wrinkled which didn’t give the room that crisp clean look and feel.

For the price per night the breakfast should be included.

The floor have goldfish crackers and crumbs throughout the room.

Location and hotel was great. Woman at the check in desk was NOT friendly and rude. She should not be doing what she does

Check in and check out was easy. The hallways and elevators were unkempt. The furniture in the room was worn and needs replacing. The hvac was extremely loud as was the mini fridge, which roared to life with a loud groaning noise every 45 minutes, making sleep darn near impossible.

If you are going to stay in Worcester, you can't get any better than the Hilton Garden Inn. It has easy parking, a good and complimentary breakfast, and is walking distance to the restaurants and the train station. Plus, it has an indoor pool and gym. The staff is so helpful and kind. It's the best bang for your buck!

Great stay

The walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING. Breakfast buffet was good. The rooms are fine, the vent in the bathroom was dusty and there was weird hair on the ceiling. You stay here for the location but the price is high for the quality.

My wife and I had a short (one night) stay at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and convenient. Staff was friendly, professional and, helpful. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Receptionist was rude and lucked courtesy.

We stayed for an event that was conveniently across the street. The room was perfect for us, staff were friendly and helpful. Try the omelette for breakfast!
