Waking up to beautiful views across the water.

Lovely atmosphere

Tidy and clean, did lack a little it of a wow factor to make it perfect. I would suggest that the reception on our arrival would have asked if we would like breakfast but no mention.

Ate at the restaurant as we arrived late ordered pasta expensive for what it was and on the cold side. The staff were nice but it seemed a little chaotic forgot the drinks. Didn’t like that they hold money on your card until days after you check out - poor show. Parking was easy, rooms were basic but clean and large. Walk for town is flat and not too long.

Nice place to stay, clean, easy access to Mount and Tauranga.
