The food and hotel was lovely . It’s a very clean traditional hotel . We excellent staff . Only down side was the VERY loud evening entertainment. Our room was quite close to it so no early night for us . If they just turned it down it would of been bearable..

The hotel complex itself was nice, staff was always happy to help. Downfall was the pool was cold until late afternoon. The lake/sea was warmer. And very limited food options unless you are a fish lover. We only ate here one night, out of 5 due to lack of options. Especially with a kid. And public transport few and far between made long days and forward thinking. Plus the walls are very thin. And can hear a lot going on outside. So if it’s a lay in you want. May be not. However I would stay again, the lakes beautiful and makes a great swim. With a lot to do.

There was an issue with dinner as it did not taste anything like italian food, they are not the most sincere in accounting for dinner, also you cannot really swim in their beachfront hotel, the pool had some algae in there.

Very dated property, disappointed to be charged a few euros for a coffee on the way out in the morning...

The location and staff are what make this hotel. It’s a pretty spot with lovely gardens. It’s well maintained but a bit tired. However the team are utterly brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly, helpful and caring. One of our group fainted and they were all kind and helped us. Honestly a really great team. Thank you.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Property is lovely. The bar which had a bunch of food items (salads, pizza and sandwiches) on the menu had just 3 sandwiches for purchase. Not three options, three sandwiches total. There is a higher end restaurant on site but no other eating options within walking distance. Buffet breakfast was great.

The place is pretty with lovely surroundings and nice views. First impression was good also because reception staff were great - welcoming, helpful, and when there was an issue with the first room, found a solution quickly and with a smile. The rooms themselves are simple - more 3* than 4 - but nice, with little balconies with a table and two chairs. The less nice: restaurant was poor. Dinner was mediocre at best (sounded nice on menu, but on the place, you'd get water from undrained potatoes and even overcooked pasta), Maitre d'hotel not pleasant and inflexible (point blank refused to look at moving us outside either then or later in the stay then we got to speak to others who were outside and wanted to move inside - same number of guests, same date so would have been an easy swap but they were refused too). The dining room itself is gloomy. Also there is loud music from 7pm till midnight each night we stayed. Some people probably like it but we did not, it starts with kids stuff in German (always the same),then bad music and karaoke. Nothing wrong with that but sound system is horrid so it is very loud in the rooms and makes walls vibrate. You cannot do/think of anything else till it stops at midnight! Free shuttle to nice Rena Bianca beach.

This hotel was everything we were looking for. Aesthetically it’s gorgeous - has flowers everywhere and very well maintained and clean. Lovely big pool as well and nice private beach! The food was wonderful whether we had the breakfast or the 4 course meal they offer in the evening. They’re very adaptable with dietary requests too so was great for me being vegetarian. It is family friendly too so would be good for a family holiday but was equally as lovely to go as a couple like we did. All the staff are extremely welcoming, helpful and kind. The room we had was very spacious and had a nice patio at the front! Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. We didn’t want to leave!

Although the staff is generally friendly, value for money is rather poor. For Eur 200 you get a big room but with broken door of some of the cupboards, broken headboard and horrible mattress (could feel the springs in our back during the night). If you are unlucky enough to have a room in the main building on the restaurant/pool side, you will also enjoy very loud music and live singing (including karaoke) until 23.30 meaning you cannot go to sleep before it ends. Breakfast is very average (juices are probably powder and water with loads of added sugar). There are much better deals on the island. This is more a “club” type hotel (not made obvious when you book). The location, however is nice and convenient to visit the surroundings and the amenities for children are very good. No Wi-Fi in the rooms (which in 2018 is a performance)

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Sardinia. The hotel itself is located only 15 minutes away from Olbia but very close to some of the nicest beaches and restaurants. The staff of the hotel is just amazing, and always willing to help and make your stay a memorable experience. It almost makes you feel that you are taken care of by members of your family rather than paid people. Their attention to detail is second to none. They are always helping you with a smile and making sure you enjoy every single moment. The hotel has a big pool, sport facilities, but they also take care of your kids and have activities for them across the day. In the evenings, they always have an entertainment program for both kids and adults, which makes people bond and have fun together.

The hotel was located only 15 min from the airport by car, there are no shops or restaurants close by, apart from a small supermarket 3 miles away. Having a car is a must. All of the most beautiful bay and mountains are just 15/20min away and it makes it convenient to go to different restaurants every night in different places including Olbia which has a lovely shopping centre and Porto Cervo. The surrounding areas are beautiful with wonderful beaches and place to visit. The area feel very safe and there are no groups of people behaving badly. The time we stayed was perfect because the children went back to school and the hotel had just couples and party of older people. The room was good and the breakfast was continental but with good choices. The only minor points was that there was not a safe in the room or a kettle with coffee or tea facilities. We would recommend this hotel and we may come back again.

Nice place and Hotell surroundings. But there is no food available on the Hotell unless you have full board! Tried it once and the quality of the food does not match the Hotell at all. One must have a rental car, Entertainer Fabio really lifted the atmosphere.
