Everything was like home. Excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was A +. The lady that was running the cafe!!! Was the top! Never have I encountered a woman with that much spunk and a great smile everyday, and loving her job. And a complimentary breakfast as good as this. Have not been to Laredo in 20 years, much has changed and was ther for my Uncle’s funeral, stayed 5 days and hated to leave, be because of breakfast! Best empanada I have ever tasted besides my godmother’s. Advice do not loose her! On my Travels back I will not stay anywhere else! 😊❤️😊

I requested 3 months in advance to get kingbed got 2 queen beds instead wife traveled along. Not nice

It was good at the beginning but there was roaches on the bed. Nasty,!

Second time staying will always come again

It needs maintenance and the carpet wasn't clean. Also strange odors in the bed sheets and pillows.

I had no trouble checking in service was great room was clean and location was great.

Property is in a great area and very close to shops. Staff was amazing, courteous, and very helpful. Yummy homemade breakfast is a plus!!

This was my second stay at Best Western San Isidro for business. The check in & check out staff were very courteous. The room was very clean & had all the amenities I needed for my stay. I highly recommend & will rebook again!

Nice and quiet, till next morning when house keeper know my door 1 hr before check out time, try to open and ask : still here?, ignoring the sign saying "do not disturbe", the room has 2 doors, they do the same on the second door, i was just trying to sleep as much as possible, but i can't this time, makes me mad! Other that that big inconvenience, nice room, beatiful pool and nice people on front desk. To bad for house keepers.

At check in & check out, the front staff was polite & very courteous! The cleanliness of the room was superb! The AC was on upon arrival which made the room very comfortable! Housekeeping came daily for fresh towels! I will definitely stay here again!
