Initial reaction was not good as on entering windows boarded up and paintwork off steps. Looked a bit derelict . However reception area, restaurant and bar had obviously been updated snd refurbished and looked lovely. Corridors could do with a lick of paint on all doors but room was very clean. Breakfast was ok

I paid £40 for a double room for the night which I thought was a great deal. The room was clean and check in and out was easy and quick. I didn’t have breakfast and there was lots of on-site parking. The place is a bit dated but for the price I paid, I was very happy.

The room didnt smell nice and the beds werent comfortable. The hotel is in need of some maintaining The room didnt look the same as the photos on the Internet The room had lots of noise from outside and on the second night there were people shouting and arguing on the floor above which then carried on outside.

We are a family of 5 so had to book 2 rooms. They managed to allocate rooms close to each other. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The reception was manned at full level at 23:30, which was very impressive. The staff were excellent. The building & amenities look a bit dated, but for the price we paid, we can’t complain. Will stay there again if needed.

Really poor service. Had to wait 30 mins for a pillow and was questioned as to why we need one

Unbelievable experience arrived at the hotel to be told we must supply a passport or driving licence to stay at the hotel which is a bloody joke unlike the massive % of the chain that house refugees with 0 I'd but I guess that doesn't count

Helpful staff, clean room. For the price £55... this was a great hotel.

Clean and tidy with all amenities, staff friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is on the outskirts of town it would be walkable on a nice day or just grab a local cab or uber. Dinner options in town a varied, you can also dinner at the hotel.

Disgusting room bugs all in the shower and bathroom got a full refund that’s the only good thing
