Good value.

They never told us about the pet fee and charged us days later!! Very dishonest.

The hotel was well located. The staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel was very clean which is very important to me.

Property common areas were lovely. Great lobby, staff, amenities. Room was terrible. Furniture was cheap, room had ants, no hot water, and no water pressure in shower (for the cold water).

It was okay for the price

We liked the hotel and the property just fine. Our only complaint is that when we pulled out the sofa bed in the separate area from the bedroom (we had a king room suite), there was plastic on the mattress and no bedding or pillows to be found anywhere in the suite. When we called down to the main desk and asked for these items, we were told they only had a sheet we could use. Not satisfactory and luckily we only needed to stay one night!

the hotel is under going renovations which is a good thing. I gave 4 stars because we didn't have any hot water.

It’s a nice hotel. Pet friendly. The employee was a little frazzled but he is very nice to find some water bottles for us

Great place to stay

First of all..it was very expensive for what I got.. I stayed for one night with my dog and was charged over 250.00. Second.. the room I stayed in had a water leak above the bathtub.. water was leaking out of the ceiling... I did tell the front desk but they didn't have any other rooms. I waited to see if the hotel would offer some type of compensation but they did not... I was not even able to take a shower in my room.. for 250 per night in an average to below average hotel... would not stay again.
