Great place good location good hard working staff to make the stay great.

Dogs barking kept me up at night

We made a trip to Rockport Tx and stayed at the Hampton Inn from placing reservation and checking out was easy had a very nice welcome sign on the tv with our name ,nice comfortable bed nice shower with plenty water pressure we loved it and will definitely be back . We didnt like there wasnt any trash bags to take out our trash Thank you Shelly Mascheck

Maybe add a hand sanitizer outside near the dog area

Will continue to stay here every time we visit Rockport

The room smelled of old dirty locker room socks. The shower head couldn’t be moved to a different setting and didn’t have much pressure.the floor felt dirty.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Corridors were clean, elevators worked well, room was clean and had no issues. The property was well lit at night.

I stay here a lot and never have any problem. This time there was a stain on my botyom sheet. The sheets had obviously been waashed and were clean but the stained sheet should be put out to pasture. Also, the bathroom floors have needed a thorough mopping the last 2 times I stayed. Staff is very nice!!!

I arrived at 1:03am after driving 8hrs... systems were down and i waited until 3:01am to finally get my room, the lady called the gm 2hrs later and he said just verify the his license and last 4 of my card, then handed me my room key... could've solved the whole 2hr wait after already being completely exhausted and just verified my information first..i asked for a slight discount or rewards and was told no..absolutely crazy..

The beds are very comfortable. I always sleep very well when I stay here. The property is quiet. However, my bathroom floor needed to be mopped better. Everything else was very clean.

Great stay! Good bang for the buck. Staff was super nice. Better than average continental breakfast too
