Prague is nice

The hotel isn’t very quiet. You can hear people talking and slamming doors at all hours. So most rooms don’t have AC but windows do open! I would recommend bringing an outlet strip because there’s not many and the ones by the bed, you need the light as there’s not much lighting in the room period. Has daily breakfast that’s decent!

Food was amazing, was the best of our stay. The rooms are a little old, the blankets are very worned out and uncomfortable, same as the mattress but served its purpose. Clean. Staff at front desk could be friendlier...

On listing it says that the rooms are air coned hotel is running its little scam ripping tourists off by making them pay 5€ a day for each room for air con for 1 day

Friendly staff

This was a great place to stay, really comfortable bedding and awesome staff. It was a good location to catch the metro and get around easy.

Spacious rooms within easy reach of the main attractions and areas. Would recommend to friends.

Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Breakfast wasn't great but everything else was nice!

Location is a bit far from local amenities and is not easily accessible by public transport. The facilities are a bit old and the cleanliness is ok. The best thing is the breakfast included.

My partner and I came a long way. We decided to stay in Prague for my birthday on the 21st Dez. And the first day just transitioning in the hotel was terrible because of the inconvenience of no close parking, paying extra fees for unrealistic conditions that were not made aware of until we got to the hotel. Overall it was fine. More like. 2 star than 3. The breakfast decent, the staff were a little confusing considering there are not versatile in any language than Czech, the environment was fine. I wouldn’t recommend staying here long term. This was a short trip for us thankfully but if we ever decide to come back to Prague, we would definitely chose a more lavish and convenient hotel.

Basic and fairly clean

Dirty room , coffee stains every where . Had to pay extra for air conditioning ( although at the booking time it says air conditioning is included). Very poor breakfast. Will not stay there anyway in near future. Avoid .

Breakfast was outstanding. Triple room was very clean. Staff were very personable and helpful to us. Great price. Little further out but couldn’t pass up the great deal. Thank you, Danke.

Dog poop seen in the lobby/carrodor/ entrance during check-in time. We informed at the reception. It was still there until midnight-ish, whole area was stincky. Receptionists (one man, two women) are serious people and did not have pleasant experience even asking simple questions like “where is nearest bus/tram stop?”
