Room was very clean and tidy , staff were very nice. My motorbike was parked right outside my door for safety and security. No issues . Breakfast was great.

Standard room but all we needed. Dinner was good quality and excellent value. Only issue was the dark car park. I’d return.

Good location, and fair price for my stay in Vichy. Everything acceptable and got no complaints. Would go to stay there again.

We were here for two night and had a meal the first evening we arrived. The restaurant was excellent the selection of food offered very good. The room was as expected in a Campanile. The bed was comfortable and they now provide a kettle tea coff and biscuits which is always a bonus

Great for price near everything in Vichy needed an extra room after front desk was closed they have a kiosk that your able to book a room on the spot

Compact twin room, clean tidy and comfortable. Secluded quiet site, although access is not the easiest. Excellent value on the special deal we had.. Excellent breakfast, though expensive if you don't eat well in the morning!

Séjour affaire lors d'un week-end. Personnel très sympathique, souriant, disponible et conciliant... petit déjeuner, et buffet copieux et bon (pas eu l'occasion de tester le restaurant, fermé le week-end). Chambre propre et bien chauffée (à l'extérieur, les températures étaient négatives). Parking suffisamment grand pour se garer (top). Merci pour l'accueil, on y reviendra dès que l'occasion se présentera.

Le séjour (une nuit) s'est déroulé normalement. Le confort de la chambre est standard mais bon. Il est regrettable que les fins de semaine, il n'y ait pas de restauration sur place.

Accueil correct. Chambre tres propre et confortable. Salle de bain impeccable. Petit dejeuner tres copieux et varié . Tout s est bien passé. Sommes tres satisfaits.

Pas suffisamment d'écoute (accueil) et d'attention à la complétude des plateaux (pts déjeuners).

Occupions une chambre "handicapes" alors que nous nelavions pas demandee.

Savon vide toilettes ( un sur les deux) Rideaux occultant ferme incomplètement ( environ 50 cms )

La chambre bien et propre, par contre la climatisation ne marchait pas, le resto pas terrible.

Un peu surprise du service du soir au restaurant . La serveuse n’a pas su me décrire un plat et ne s’est pas renseignée . Je l’ai quand même pris mais très déçue ! Sinon l’accueil était top , deux jeunes hommes dont un en formation étaient très sympa . L’hôtel était propre et calme
