Room was on the second floor and looked out into the pool area. Lobby was dated and ugly. Hotel overall ugly. Bad location.

Exceptional staff and the room was very clean!

Needed a room for one night so I could catch a flight out next day. Old hotel needs work. Friendly staff. Small restaurant more like a grill.

The property is beautiful and pristine. The customer service at the front desk and in the morning the restaurant hostess and chef were exceptional. They were friendly and attentive to guests needs including the specifics I required for my meal. I would have liked the flexibility to check in closer to my flight arrival time.

We were disappointed because the on-site restaurant was advertised to be open Sunday at 5 pm and it was not. Had to make other arrangements. We would have chosen a different location had we been made aware of this

There’s a shuttle. Found out about it late in the visit. They should have told us when checking in. After, saw two extra charges. Called them to ask about it and they said the manager would call me back but never did.

Everyone was kind, courteous, and diligent.

Enjoyed the free hotel shuttle to downtown as well as airport.

We had the same lady serve us breakfast for our stay and she was very pleasant and even shared a local beach for us to go to.

Moldy ceiling , bugs on A/c unit, water coming up from laminate flooring , faucet is loose in bathroom I have pics an videos of everithing.Room 103 . Rundown motel is better then this hotel. Disgusting

So outdated and dirty. I found hair strands in my bed.

Place to eat. Late arrival. Appreciated restaurant (limited menu late) but food. Very nice staff working late on a Saturday night
