The hotel was amazing and the shuttle service to amd from the CapitoOne Hall was greatly appreciated by friends and I. Our room was clean and comfortable and a warm welcome at checkin. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bedding was very uncomfortable as it was synthetic and very very thin! Otherwise all else was great, amazing location (2 shopping malls), great coffee shop nearby (Paris baguette), metro station only 12 mins away! Recommend!

Everything was fantastic except parking is limited. But I definitely would stay there again. The only recommendation I would have is to maybe have coffee and tea out in the lobby at all times. Other than that it’s very clean and staff were very friendly.

This had easy access to everything in Tyson's Corner and McClean that we had planned for the weekend. My room was clean, the elevator worked, and the bed was comfortable. There were really no complaints. When I checked in on Thursday, they said I would get housekeeping every other day. I checked out on Sunday and didn't have housekeeping once. I got a late checkout on Sunday, they gave me one hour. Housekeeping came 3 times in that hour, but we were trying to maximize the time in the room since we had hours before our last soccer game. Parking in the garage was an extra fee, but I was able to find parking within 2 blocks each night. There was also a washing machine and dryer available which was great to clean the uniform each night.

We came into town last minute due to a family emergency. Its so hard to find hotels that are big dog friendly. Each front desk staff member was extremely welcoming and nice. Even though we were 20-30mins away from family I would book this hotel each time. Thanks for being one less thing to worry about

I am sorry that I must write this review but I have tried to contact hotel management about these issues, unsuccessfully. I was told that a manager would be calling me but no call as of today. Firstly, the front desk attendant appeared uninterested or asleep upon my first day's arrival. The second who attempted to help me upon leaving was GREAT. He was very engaged and sincerely wanted to help. However, he said that he spoke with his manager who would be calling me and would not be charging me for the stay... The hotel humidity was so low, I could not generate any vapor in the air after 30 minutes running a scalding hot shower. This dryness exacerbated a nose and sinus irritation from 1st room's air quality. I was given another room, which failed to be an improvement, as I believed, it was a system problem with the hotel HVAC... I tried to cope but finally was forced to leave - becoming increasingly worse, the longer I remained in the room. I have strategically chosen Hilton when I travel domestically and internationally, due to their typically more reliable brand. However, my symptoms only began to improve upon exiting this hotel. THE LARGER ISSUE was the Hotel Parking garage that I was forced to pay additional charges for, due to unavailable street parking: This garage is not compliant with VA specs and Regs - DO NOT ENTER IT UNLESS YOU ARE DRIVING A BICYCLE OR A COMPACT CAR!!! There is only 1 exit -1/2 the size of the entrance! My vehicle was damaged trying to exit...!

I made a call for an early check in, and they agreed if you come after 12 pm there will no early check in fee. And once I arrived to the hotel the front desk guy I think his name was “Fatah” something like that. He was arguing that it’s early to check in, so anyhow He still manage to charge me the early fee, even though I called and verified it and he was the one that verified it

when we first arrived they gave our room away. The room they gave us was next to elevator that would make loud noises as their elevator needs maintenance. The tub will have a bad slow drain . Blood on a sheet under the mattress .Should have took pictures. room 508 blood left bed. They lied about free wifi as they would offer enough to read emails but not to stream. Just in all not happy to pay more than i should for valentines and didn't get the experience I wanted . I went to expedia express my feelings and all they could do is credit for 25 for next use but i dont see and honestly dont know if i would try your service again and would tell people to go straight to a source than use your service because hotel like hilton Garden will give there rooms to members when guest like me reserved and payed ahead of time using your service !!!!! sadly upset
