Frendly and efficent staf.

Staff at front desk and cleaner were lovely and helpful. Arrived early and they assisted with luggage and room while we went and explored area. Property is dated, but does have charm and comfort. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Our room was spacious and bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and functional. Only issue is that walls are thin and can hear movement and outside noise but is a minor problem for us. We found limited dining options for the night.

Very good place

Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Hotel is clean but very dated. There is absolutely no insulation in the walls. Stayed 2 nights. Second night didn’t sleep at all because of noisy neighbors. As much as I live the location and the staff I will try to find another hotel for next visit.

Hotel and staff were nice. I did laugh when the boy on reception suggested ironing on my bed instead of finding me an ironing board. I wouldn't bother with the breakfast as it was pretty poor. There are lots of places to find food in the area including a good bakery 2 minutes walk away in the metro station.

Excellent location quite close to the Old Town. Easy access to historical sites and places. Aging building , reasonable facilities but inexpensive. Recommended.

Very old property, you can hear everything what happens in other rooms, very noisy during midnight hours, AC hardly blows in the room and it's very hot almost impossible to sleep, I have been in 2 star hotels with better accommodation

The hotel and staff was excellent. The only issue I had, the stall bathroom was too tight, you barely stand to take shower and I was keep hitting my body to the glass wall.

Hotel in central area.

Average 3 star at best. Nice sized rooms but very basic and noisy and no air conditioning dispite being advertised.

Balcony was pleasant surprise. Staff mostly very helpful and friendly. Fairly central pedestrian position. Breakfast choices boring and limited, with no variation from day to day.

I had a really nice stay at Sveta Sofia. The hotel is an older building, but my room and bathroom were very clean and it was very quiet. The breakfast is a basic offering with coffee, meats, cheeses, bread and cereal - enough to start your day, when you’re on the go with day trip tours. The front desk staff is exceptional, very kind and very helpful. Sofia is a safe and walkable city and the hotel is within minutes of most tourist sites. I really enjoyed my stay.

The only is location is good. The stuff are nice. For this price you could stay in better place. Bed is not comfortable. The breakfast is so poor.

Good hotel for a short stay in Sofia.

Good breakfast. Hotel is ok. The shower is really small
