Nice clean friendly personnel. Room was well kept not close to downtown but road accesible. Hated the pillow though.

Hotel room is nice, spacious, clean and bed is comfortable. Good for business travelers. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Always have smiling face to guests. Buffet breakfast is just something standard. Still a great place to stay if you accept location is far from Madrid Centro.

Nice location, liked that they had onsite parking and it was included. Good breakfast too. Rooms only have double occupancy though. If you have a party of 3 you will need 2 rooms.

Quick business trip, great hotel with fab service!

Great location when travelling South from the Ferry Ports. Easy access from the motorway and excellent parking (10€). Room spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open at the time of our stay but there is a very good tapas bar within a 5 minute walk.

Great staff, very friendly!

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel in two different types of room. The standard twin room and the superior double room that is almost the same but with a bigger bed, queen size probably. Both were very clean and comfortable. The rooms were very quiet, I'm a light sleper and didn't have any issues, curtains block light totally. Shower had very good pressure on both rooms. The buffet breakfast is excellent, nice variety and fresh products. It is worth the extra money. The personal was friendly and helpful in all my interactions. They helped me with an online buy I did, the hotel keeps packages. The underground parking was also very convenient with very wide slots. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again, in particular if you want to visit Madrid and have a rental car.

Clean comfortable hotel with great pastries for breakfast. Quite a way out of Madrid but train only 10 minutes walk.

first off the staff were on point, my wife and I dealt with the manager "Alfonso" and he is to date the best manager I've had the opportunity to interact with, helpful in every way. he went above and beyond for us and for that! we will always try to book this particular hotel when we're in Madrid. once again thank you Alfonso.

Attended a family wedding and the hotel location was ideal. Hotel was very comfortable and clean and staff were very helpful. Amenities were good.
