The staff went above and beyond - thank you. A very warm summers day and the air con does not reach temperature. Also, the room door did not lock but convenient location for where we needed to go.

Excellent check in experience, room very clean , bed a little saggy but very clean, quiet and comfortable

AC Not working. Needed to get reception to fix tv. Needs a lick of paint all over the hotel. or Nuke it

Twas ok the bed felt unsteady

Stayed for one night. This hotel is literally in the middle of an office park. Welcome was good. Lift a bit slow. Had a room facing the sun and so was brutally hot. The a/c was weak at best so room remained too hot. Breakfast good.

Awesome hotel

Great staff. Warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great and again breakfast staff were lovely. My only issue was I upgraded to a room with a bath tub. When I got there I was told by staff that none of the rooms had a bath tub and they didn’t know why it had been advised as this. Besides this for a nice stay it’s well worth the money

horrible damp smell throughout hotel and damp spots all over the carpets outside each room ypu walk past phone signal and hotel WIFI SHOCKING !! missed important calls and emails pure inconvienient
