After my previous month review of two stars, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. The front desk was efficient and friendly. The food order from room service can as expected. The hamburger was overcooked but maybe that was my fault by not ordering it properly. The beers were cold. Overall good job. The property is extremely pet friendly. AND THAT IS APPRECIATED. Maybe my next visit will include this hotel. MY wish if for more consistency.

Room was good although beds were very creaky. Our reservation included the buffet breakfast which was great with lots of options. Staff were fantastic, very friendly. We were traveling with dogs so having the option of a pet friendly room was appreciated.

Good place to stay. If you are visiting an industrial company around the hotel is the best place. Transportation by car is necessary if you want to eat oout or buy something as there are no stores close (walking) to the hotel

The room offered did not have a window. The only alternative was a room with twin matrimonial beds which we accepted. However, the a/c unit in the room did not heat (it was very cold), the wardrobe door handle was falling off and there was no hot water.

Front desk clerk and service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. I tried the Middle Eastern food at the restaurant, and it was substandard - fatoush was awful and shawarma bread was way too thick. Phone in room did not work and hot water did not arrive to my room after some minutes, so I took cold shower. However I would stay again for the pluses and the good price vs competitors.

Enjoyed very much excellent beds and the room was really clean

The front desk staff did not know the location of the room, the closest parking, nor the reason to fill out forms. The room had beds that moved every time you did, blood stained sheets, threadbare towels, overflowing shower, and a toilet that was built for a child. There were dishes in the hallway that had been there for some time. The wait staff did not know what wines were available, how to make a martini, nor how the dinner entrees were prepared. The breakfast was lukewarm at best, the utensils had food particles still on them, and the buffet was limited in items.

Very nice hotel. Very good breakfast with great wait staff. The pool area was very nice. The staff was wonderful. We sat out on a bench at back reading with our dog. Very clean and well maintained. Room was very nice.

Se fue la luz durante el check-in, había un chicle pegado en la cabecera de la cama, la regadera se veía sucia, vieja y con hongos. Amaneció sin agua para el baño y regresó hasta las 10am. La recepcionista me dijo que "estaba salado" por la mala suerte. Además de eso, la alberca es mucho más pequeña de lo que aparenta en la foto. Hay una caseta con guardia y pluma para el estacionamiento pero se queda abierta y desatendida en la noche. Prometieron compensar la mala experiencia, ya veremos si es verdad. Pero ojalá sea en otro hotel de la marca porque yo no regreso a ese lugar.

La habitación a media luz no le funcionaba una luz el microondas estaba inclinado al poner una taza se deslizaba hacia la puerta casi se nos cae en el cuerpo el agua caliente. La máquina de hielo y la máquina con refrescos está demasiado lejos caminas casi 200 metros nos dieron una habitación con acceso a otra donde se hospedaban otras personas y se oía todo desde las palabras más silenciosas hasta los ronquidos de los huéspedes. A las 8 de la mañana te tocan para disque recoger las toallas mala impresión y mala estancia. Buenas cama el baño bien y la TV buen tamaño

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Room was clean. Shower leaked. Lights in kitchen/dining went out. AC appeared to work but did not decrease room temperature - temp actually went up.

They've updated a number of rooms and are still working on some but overall it was very good.

Always lovely and clean. Restaurant is delicious, private, safe parking and one of free nice places that allows per dosas to stay. The only place we stay when we’re in Saltillo!

We always stay here when driving back and forth from Texas to Guadalajara. The staff is excellent!! The hotel is being renovated and results are very nice. Indoor pool, workout facilities and breakfast are all excellent.

Great place, especially if traveling with a pet!
