Pet room was nice

Waited too long to have our room cleaned. It was 3 pm and it still was not cleaned. We had to leave so it could be done and we wanted to go and rest after all day being gone.

Overall an okay stay. Room was clean but not enough towels for the number of occupants. Breakfast was very basic. By the end of our stay, ran out of waffle batter. Could tell water was added to it to extend it a little. This wasn't a Quality Inn that was advertised in the commercials. Could tell it was another motel converted to appear as a normal Quality Inn.

Old hotel, they tried to remodel, not so successful. Batteries in remote bad . Two lights out over bed. Went to office for both. Got neither.

Amazingly renovated @ best price @ Showlow - only minus is bed (Mattress) spring are still OLD

Could use somw updates. The bed was uncomfortable due to a sag in the mattress.

Looked like it had been refreshed recently, with new paint, furnishings, etc. Some was hastily done (paint smears, flickering bed light, etc.). VERY basic breakfast; embarrassing. I would stay here again though.

Needs better maintenance.

II recently had a fantastic stay at a Quality Inn 🏨 and wanted to share my experience! The room was spotless ✨ and incredibly comfortable, exceeding my expectations. I was only there overnight with my dogs but it’s was an extremely quiet area with a. Clean room. There was a breakfast provided with basic items. Would absolutely stay again.

Nothing too spectacular nothing too bad. Okay for an overnight stay.

This was for our employees working in the area.

The property is easy to find, has ample parking, and is located right next to a gas station/convenience store. The room was very nice. The mini refrigerator and micro wave worked well, but the microwave is a little inconvenient since it is under the counter. A taller person might have trouble with it. The beds are comfortable. The floors are not carpeted. This is a great value and we would stay here again.

Blood on floor in bathroom. Noisy AC/fan. Undesirable people partying in public spaces. Staff was kind.

My family just needed a place to shower and sleep. This hotel ticked those marks. The hotel is working on upgrades. Floors were new, showers are new, vanities new and new furniture. The continental breakfast was decent. It had enough choices to fill your bellies and get you to the next meal.

Saw cigarette butts all over outside along with a couple transients wandering around looking at vehicles.

Room was big and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just ok

The restroom still smelled. The floors were still dirty.
