Le séjour s'est bien passé. Bel hôtel, chambre confortable, restaurant agréable, personnel serviable. Seul inconvénient: le système de chauffage pas très efficace.

Attention il y a deux Campanile à Chartres et ne vous trompez pas (de leur aveu cela arrive souvent) : ils ne communiquent pas entre eux et, comme ils appliquent leurs conditions à la lettre, pas de geste commercial, vous finirez par payer deux hôtels… heureusement que l’offre hôtelière est assez riche en ville. Sinon lit un peu dur, coussins énormes peu confortables, petit dej très limité et pas très qualitatif. J’étais déjà venu plusieurs fois mais pour mes prochains séjours j’irai ailleurs.

They are very helpfull

Staff were pleasant and well informed, Room was clean spacious & great for a family. As a night stop before continuing our journey this was a perfect hotel. Only upgrade to make it a 5 Star would be to add Aircon for the hot summer. Over very impressed.

The room was very small, hardly big enough to put up the second bed supplied for my daughter. The main bed was very comfortable, however the air conditioner did not function other than blow air which appeared to be the same temperature as the room on what was a very warm day. I was unable to open the window as this opened onto the floors walkway and a metal roller shutter was in place instead of curtains or blinds. I was too tired to complain and felt little would be accomplished. I got up in the morning about to embark on a long drive feeling I had not slept. Photographs of the hotels rooms appear to exaggerate the quality of the hotel based on our room. I thought I was going to be staying in a funky modern hotel instead it was an old, tired motel type hotel which had been upgraded with a nice bed and headboard. Check in was however wonderful with super friendly staff member and modern looking entrance building providing a really good first impression which was let down by the room.

The room was comfortable, clean well ventilated. Disappointed that there was no lift and we had to struggle up two flights of stairs. Enjoyed the view across the airfield. Staff friendly and helpful.

OK Hotel for the price. Well positioned for easy access from all major roads.

Une très bonne équipe au niveau de l'accueil et du restaurant. Mon épouse et moi avons apprécié le côté humain de l'équipe, c'est agréable de ne pas être un numéro.

A lift would have been good but the Receptionist said next time we book request ground floor. Also we can reserve a room with a walk in shower. The Receptionist was very helpful and spoke good english Lovely restaurant but we arrived too late to eat.
