When we arrived at the hotel, they did not have our reservation. They said it was not confirmed by hotels.com. They were booked so we thought we did not have a room. The front desk supervisor was helpful and that she managed to rearrange and supply a room for us. However, we ended up paying over $100 more for the weekend than we had originally booked. When I contacted hotels.com I was told that I will need to communicate directly with the hotel in a couple of days. Very disappointed because I’ve been using This app for many years.
