buena experiencia pero deben ya actualizar los cuartos y modernizar más el hotel

No all amenities were included, didn’t have hot water for 2 days, iron was missing, tv wasn’t working for first 2 days. Didn’t have enough clean towels, was told by staff they didn’t have any when requested. When lounge chairs are taken up early you have to rent chairs for $10 for certain hours and also umbrellas are remt optional when

The apartment was good, good bed, equipments in good conditions, the unit needs some updating. Promo says cleaning every day , I was there from tuesday to friday and never came to clean. I asked for the service but never shows.

Excelente servicio y el cuarto muy limpio. Alrededores limpios y con seguridad.

Staff was responsive, apprehensive and accomodating.

The staff were not welcoming and did not orientate us correctly, I do not think I will visit again.

A en limpieza. Es muy cómoda la habitación con buenas vistas. La piscina y la playa son un éxito. El bar de la piscina muy buenos tragos y comida.

The room is out dated, specially the bathroom but the bed was very comfortable and it was nice and quite.

Perfect stay

I had a Wonderful ti e in the Beautiful pools & beach. The bar by the pool very friendly & welcoming. Oriental House was delicious.. Overall had a Great time

Todo estuvo bien. Pero la cama muy incómoda.

Rooms are a little dated, but everything else was good for us.

The location is nice they have a few restaurants with bar and a bar at the bottom of the restaurant very nice ambient (i don’t drink) pool area was nice bar there too easy access to the beach 2 min walk to the embassy suites they have breakfast have to pay for it but is great, nice room but…. It wasn’t vacuum and all girl the staff have attitude even more if you ask questions only but one of them decided to help me which was nice and helped and didn’t like that at all

This property needs renovation in all areas and has poor maintenance in their rooms. It is a 2-star hotel
