Very good but unfortunately hot water was not working.

The peace and quiet around, cleanliness, every and each staff member is super helpful and friendly. Kids club offers amazing activities for the kids

Thanks for all our chocolates and fruit also breakfast was delicious all types of food and the service from all the staff was exceptional absolutely wonderful holiday stay definitely a high five star resort will definitely be back.

Excellent service

Loved this hotel for family trip with 2 young children. The kids club was great and the hotel thought of everything to make you feel comfortable. Food was fantastic and rooms were beautiful. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons. Excellent service and if you want to get away and enjoy a peaceful getaway, I recommend a stay here. If, however, you want to explore, shop and wine and dine outside the hotel, you will need to travel outside. The hotel is close to downtown Hoi An but probably a bit too far in my opinion. In any case, restful the stay was and that was what we wanted!

Liked everything. The staff, room, facilities, restaurants and ambience were fantastic - even the hotel currency exchange rate was outstanding, and you rarely get that anywhere.

The main Infiniti pools are simply amazing. The restaurant La Sen is absolutely delicious. And the sports facilities (gym, tennis courts etc) are some of the best I have ever used. The villas are beautifully appointed, spacious and very comfortable.

Spectacular beach property. Indulgent street food buffet night allows you to sample local food in comfort. Easy access to historic HoI An and multiple golf courses.
