Perfect place!

Incredible gem!! Better service than Four Seasons and St Regis. John at the front desk was very kind and thoughtful. All the staff members had a smile on their face. Large clean rooms and breakfast was fantastic

Only issue was keeping the heat at the set temperature in the room, and on the last day, there was no hot water to allow us to take a shower. We called the front desk to report the issue and they called back to say that the boiler had gone off. They turned it back on but still no hot water an hour later. Roof leak noted by the elevator on the second floor. Towels and a bucket were put in place to catch the water dripping. Elevator had intermittent issues with closing.

An excellent stay! Comfortable hotel with superb customer service. We received very good service at breakfast and wish to express our sincere thanks to all staff for their care and 5star hospitality. We definitely would go back!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. But desperately needs to invest in a chef. I’ve never tasted worse hotel food. Actually I’ve had better takeaway food

The staff are friendly. The rooms are comfortable and had everything we needed. Normally I wpuld say it is quiet and easy to park the car buth they had a fundraiser on so it was busy busy busy. It was difficult to park the car but the reception staff did all they could. A love hotel.

I always stay at The Park when visiting Mayo...and The Park just keeps getting better! The breakfasts and lunches and dinners are outstanding. The service is outstanding. The rooms are very comfortable. The room cleanliness is exceptional.The location is great, too. I come in from the USA, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

I recently stayed at The Park hotel because I needed a place for an elderly relative with an elevator and an accessible bathroom. I put the request for the bathroom in my comments when booking, and it was provided. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating to our needs. The room was immaculate as indeed was the hotel and we felt it was great value. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.

A lovely modern hotel in a rural area. Plenty of parking, friendly staff.

We had a beautiful bright room with operable windows to get fresh air. The room was comfortable and the rest had good food.
