Friendly welcome at 20:59! (The check in was meant to finish at 21:00, but this didn't seem to be any trouble to Elisa.) While the room wasn't spacious, it was comfortable enough for our stay. The breakfast was really good value.

My mixed score is a reflection of that the first night I did not enter the room before the staff had left and therefore could not ask for another. The room stank of cigarette smoke and as I am very allergic I spent the night coughing and itching. No amount of airing helped. However, they changed my room the next day but then there was no toilet paper. The pillows were very lumpy. I have stayed there before and on the other occasions have had nothing to complain about.

Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed. plenty of sockets and well placed. Clean and well ironed bed linen. Easy to find and great that there are several big supermarkets within very short walking distance. 5 min drive from centre of Deauville or Troville sur Mer.

It was great to stay at Premier Class, fast, simple and comfort.

It was exactly as described - motel style budget accommodation - but very clean and comfortable. I had expected it to be noisy but when we stayed there were no problems with disturbances.

Wifi works well. Free carpark. Good asian buffet restaurant within 5-minutes walking distance. Almost like a motel. Shower was too small to turn around without hitting the shower-curtain, even for a thin person. Some sewer gas leaked into the room everytime the toilet is flushed.

The hotel provided fair value for the location, with a clean room.

We knew this was a budget hotel before we booked it, and everything was as expected. However, the noise level of the surrounding area was unbelievable. There is a bowling Alley located behind the hotel. Each night of our stay (3 in total) there were young kids partying in the parking lot until 2-3:00 am. The noise carried in a way that it sounded as if they were right outside our door. If the hotel was in a different area, I would return. However, at its present location, I would not recommend it to anyone above the age of 30 years old.

Room very small but functional. Clean and comfortable beds. Very small bathroom, but clean. Breakfast buffet reasonable and varied.

Aucune proprete, il aurait dû nos dire qu'il nous propose de faire le ménage dans nôtre chambre ça n'a pas été fait. Très décevant.

Comme chaque année, nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. Cependant la première nuit nous avons dormi sur un sommier cassé ce qui n'a pas été très bien agréable mais celui-ci a été changé le lendemain. Ce qui nous a surpris c'est que le ménage n'a pas été fait et que les serviettes, pourtant posées en boule par terre dans la salle de bain n'ont pas été changé. Il a fallu, chaque soir, à notre retour à l'hôtel, descendre nous même les serviettes sales afin qu'elles soient échangées contre des propres. Concernant le ménage non fait malgré la petite pancarte laissée sur la porte de chambre "Merci pour le ménage", il nous a été dit le 3ème jour qu'il fallait le demander à l'accueil. Sinon très bon séjour comme à chaque fois.

Rigueur à améliorer.
