When we booked we sent a message asking if we would be able to check in at 23.30hrs butt we never received a reply. When we arrived we were unable to access the car park as the gate was locked. We had to wait for an existing guest to return home. We were able to check in at a 24hr kiosk but still had no code for the gate. An email in advance would have been appreciated and very helpful. Thankfully another guest let ys in the gate. Room was clean, quiet and adequate.

Friendly welcome at 20:59! (The check in was meant to finish at 21:00, but this didn't seem to be any trouble to Elisa.) While the room wasn't spacious, it was comfortable enough for our stay. The breakfast was really good value.

My mixed score is a reflection of that the first night I did not enter the room before the staff had left and therefore could not ask for another. The room stank of cigarette smoke and as I am very allergic I spent the night coughing and itching. No amount of airing helped. However, they changed my room the next day but then there was no toilet paper. The pillows were very lumpy. I have stayed there before and on the other occasions have had nothing to complain about.

Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed. plenty of sockets and well placed. Clean and well ironed bed linen. Easy to find and great that there are several big supermarkets within very short walking distance. 5 min drive from centre of Deauville or Troville sur Mer.

It was great to stay at Premier Class, fast, simple and comfort.

It was exactly as described - motel style budget accommodation - but very clean and comfortable. I had expected it to be noisy but when we stayed there were no problems with disturbances.

Wifi works well. Free carpark. Good asian buffet restaurant within 5-minutes walking distance. Almost like a motel. Shower was too small to turn around without hitting the shower-curtain, even for a thin person. Some sewer gas leaked into the room everytime the toilet is flushed.

The hotel provided fair value for the location, with a clean room.

Nous étions 2 et avions que 2 serviettes. Donc il nous en restait qu'une car lautre nous nous en sommes servie comme tapis de bain non fourni. Beaucoup de bruits la nuit sans parler des vas et viens des camions,et véhicules sur le parking et commerces. Nous ne reviendrons pas vous rendre visite....

Penser à finaliser l'enregistrement sur la borne en dehors des horaires d'accueil pour obtenir le code d'accès au parking.

Le personnel a été très gentil. Un grand merci à l'équipe de nettoyage qui fait en sorte que, chaque jour, les chambres soient propres avec quelques fois des clients peu scrupuleux qui n'ont aucun respect pour leurs travail qui n'est pas de tout repos!
