First room had 0 water pressure in the shower. Toilet would not flush. Sticky spots all over the carpet throughout the room and couch. Bed sheets had tons of stains. Thermostat set to 60, kept climbing up to 72. Fridge temp would take hours to cool back down after opening the door. Second room toilet would not flush. Water pressure was much better. Fridge maintained temp even after opening the door. Bed sheets also had tons of stains. Koi pond is over stocked and the fish are stressed. All of them are losing color and look like zombie fish. Some would even float upside down. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of variety between hot and cold food. Even though the staff got us into a better room, we would not be staying again or recommending others to stay.

Great hotel very good experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at C'mon Inn(family of 5). The property was very nice with very helpful staff. There were plenty of hot tubs (at good temperatures) and the pool area was a nice spot to be too. It was nice that the pool room and water temperature made it that the whole family could enjoy it. The breakfast area had lots of options and was a great bonus. The only downside for us was not getting a room with a balcony/ or courtyard area. But that was just luck of the draw. Our room did get a bit too warm at night, but once we setup a fan by one of the HVAC vents (that the front desk provided) it was quite comfortable. I just wish out was a bit more affordable (we paid over $250 per night cdn). Overall was very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

I liked the foyer, it was unique and inviting. The room was very clean and comfortable. For the most part, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
