The property was ok. The food was ok. There were termites in our room and on the bed due to the cheap wood used on the furniture. The staff took care of it right away but I don’t plan on staying here during our next visit to Las Terrenas. The pool was the best part.

El hotel en general necesita un upgrade pq ya se ve muy viejo sobre todo en las habitaciones las toallas de playa está casi todas rotas y las de la habitación están empercudidas

Staff was amazing. A few glitches of inconvenience with the facility like water was out for half a day. Other than that, please place to just relax

The place is great, the staff are very attentive, helpful, and full of energy. The food is very good.

The property was old. The water was linking in my room from the top. My room all was linking water. The telephone didn’t work. My small fridge didn’t work.also my air conditioner did not work. They make a pressure on me to pay my transportation from hotel to Santo Domingo. It was the worse vacation I had in my life

We had an awesome time at this resort. We loved the beach, the layout of the hotel and the friendly staff. My favorite part was that there were a lot of cats in the grounds.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, but somewhat outdated. I loved the beautiful beach and huge pool. I am going to miss that beach with crystal clear turquoise water. They have a vast variety of food options in the buffet. Their food is also top quality. This resort has so many activities that it’s impossible to get bored.

Great place! Will be planning more vacations here in the future.

L'hotel en lui meme etait tres bien, repas tres bon, personnel competent, locaux propre, belle plage ect... Seul insatisfaction sur l'emplacement de l'hotel qui est loin de las terennas et mal deservit. Nous avons eu l'impression que l'hotel faisait tout pour nous garder a l'hotel car pour 12km aller/retour ils nous proposer un servkce taxi a 70 euros. En sortant un taxi nous a prit pour 7euros (l'accueil de l'otel s'est caché de nous le dire) ... Cettains toutistes sont malheuresement pas respectueux du personnels ... Bonne adresse 😇

We were in a standard room which was clean except there were some roaches when we checked in. They fumigated room and only saw 1 more insect the rest of stay. Did not receive my free bottle of spirits upon check in even though I showed them from booking that I was entitled to it. Entertainment was awesome, they really worked hard. Wait staff was friendly but most mornings got my own coffee and water. Food was great

Bahia has a great vibe that makes come back.

Had an amazing time. Though towards the end of our trip, staff member removed our towels from the chairs on the beach even though person next to us told member we just went walking on the beach and pointed towards direction we headed.
