Beautiful place and friendly atmosphere…

Room was not clean and cleaning staff was not addressing problems, it seem like they were understaffed

Our stay at the Barcelo was really nice. The breakfast buffet was open till noon which gave us extra time in the morning to grab a bite to eat. The food was excellent. Clean rooms, clean hotel. Pool area was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Awesome location. Would definitely stay again.

Se oye ruido de las tuberías, le falta mantenimiento al hotel.. es un gran hotel! Pero se ve que han pasado los años

el bar deberia de tener un horario mas amplio en fines de semana

The reception staff are friendly. The room is clean, except for the shower because water stagnates in it. The towels need replacing; they smell musty.
