The bed wasn't comfortable at all. Sunk down in it. Husband is handicaped and it was hard to get him up out of hole. Toilet sat to low as well.

We had a very nice stay and the breakfast was great! The room was clean and spacious. We will definitely be back.

Staff was AMAZING! VERY ACCOMMODATING! We were there for the state swim meet. Our daughters’ team stayed there also and we asked if the team could eat together in the lobby…they said we could have silverware, use the tv, whatever we needed! The whole trip was just GREAT!!

They need a new mattress in rm 117. There are two indentations you have to navigate from the countless other people who have slept on it. They also have to get rid of the $7 parking fee that you will pay in addition to the quoted price

Locked my door and put do not disturb sign on the door to come back 4-5 hours later with my door lodged open… Talked to front desk and they said it MAY have been maintenance but they weren’t sure. Pretty upsetting

The price was excellent for a studio room. The Breakfast was very surprising, Nice. But the only thing not so great was the Television Channels, They had No Premium Channels.

One of my favorite places to stay in Morgantown. However it is beginning to show its age...stained carpet, general wear that I hadn't noticed before. All in all a pleasant experience and friendly efficient staff.

Love the location for the purpose of my visit. Had someone having surgery. Location was key. Front desk staff were super helpful and friendly ever time I interacted with them. Housekeeping also hard working and very nice. Was very pleased with my stay. Getting good customer is rare these days but I really commend the front desk staff for being the face of the hotel and setting the mood for my whole visit. It let me know at my first check in experience here that things were probably gonna go well. First impressions were awesome and continued through my whole visit. I thank everyone very much for their time and attention to details.

Top notch service & great room. Bed very comfortable!

Stayed overnight before out-patient surgery at Ruby Memorial Hospital. We had to be at the hospital at 7:45 AM. We live about 3 hours away and we were able to get to Morgantown before the snow storm. Great accommodations very close to the hospital. Will stay there when we have to be at Ruby Memorial again.

Best place to stay in Morgantown for comfort, dining options, and affordability

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Water pressure in shower was very low. Breakfast was a terrible cheap assortment of food, we looked and left ate elsewhere. The biggest disappointment is paying $7 per day for parking! Like are you kidding me? Never did I ever have to pay for parking at a hotel. Won’t stay again if they don’t offer free parking like surrounding places

Upon checking in things seemed ok. My mother was traveling with us and staying in her own room right next door. While she was sleeping someone opened her door and tried coming in because the hotel forgot they had given her that room and issued it to another couple. When addressing the house keeping they kept blaming my mom on the issue. As of now they have done nothing for her. Very disappointed.
