Perfect location and ideal for enjoying a quiet evening on the water

Lovely hotel; excellent location; comfortable beds; great restaurant; excellent service. do avoid the ADA rooms unless absolutely needed -- the shower (at least in those rooms) have very disappointing water pressure.

This is a well-run place in a very convenient location in downtown Kirkland. Would stay again.

Oh gosh, after staying at cheaper hotels for the week, spending just 20 dollars more to stay at the Heathman was sooooo worth it. Beautiful, clean, huge bathtub. I will definitely be back.

The is a jewel by Lake Washington. Drop off you car (valet parking) and walk along the water, dining options galore (all within walking distance) and enjoy the surroundings. Breakfast and happy hour at the connected restaurant The Hearth is fabulous. The staff at both locations understand service and deliver! Convenience, location and quality.

This is a great boutique hotel in lovely Kirkland! It’s walking distance to town, and close to the water. Parking is the only issue… otherwise great property overall.

The hotel was beautiful. Very well appointed. Parking has to be valet for $30 a night. Otherwise free parking on the street if you can find it. Staff was very nice and you can't beat the location. Downtown Kirkland offers everything you could possibly need and near Lake Washington. Highly recommend this hotel!

They made me feel welcome and safe at all times. Very much enjoy the professional staff and the great decor. Also very close to nearby attractions.

Hotel is very clean and nice. close to all downtown Kirkland and waterfront. Refrigerator was noisy so turned off at night. We checked in on a Saturday and the restaurant was closed for a private event that night. There are many other options just thought closing the entire restaurant and bar to guests of the hotel was strange. We would stay there again. Tori at front desk was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay.

We travel a lot and are particular about hotels and Heathman is hands down one of the best ever. Very clean, incredibly nice staff, spacious, comfortable, nice bathrooms, beds and super convenient for nice shopping and restaurants.
