Very clean, fresh hotel

Nice place

Restaurant is on point with food quality but also service.

Nice clean hotel. Only downside, which is not in their fault, the construction on IH 10 makes it difficult to get in and out.

Overall it was good

Great services the team was friendly and helpful. They might need to change the carpet on the elevator though.

Comfortable bed and shower, I found kind of funny that bottle water water was for a members only. We still paid for breakfast

I have a bad back and when traveling I generally book hotels with a hot tub to soak in. It helps to reduce the pain and soreness from the drive. When I checked in, I asked about the hot tub location and was informed that the facility no longer has a hot tub. When I pointed out that their web page advertised that they have a hot tub, they were nice and apologized, noted that the information needs to be updated. I suggest they update their information and calling first to confirm. Rather disappointed.

The A/C unit was not working in our room. It was comfortable enough but it needs to be looked at.

Hotel clerk was not very welcoming but not rude.

Property was clean asked for maid service everyday on my stay but had to call for clean towels. But trip was really enjoyable.

Love this hotel! Clean and comfortable, with nice staff.

My only complaint is that we were told there was a bar and restaurant in the hotel. And there was. However, both were located in the lobby of the hotel. I was under the impression that it was separate from lobby. Other than that, stay was very good.

Hotel was very clean and staff friendly and helpful! Right off the freeway so you could hear the hum, but it did not bother me
