I have a bad back and when traveling I generally book hotels with a hot tub to soak in. It helps to reduce the pain and soreness from the drive. When I checked in, I asked about the hot tub location and was informed that the facility no longer has a hot tub. When I pointed out that their web page advertised that they have a hot tub, they were nice and apologized, noted that the information needs to be updated. I suggest they update their information and calling first to confirm. Rather disappointed.
