well kept flowers were great

There was mold/mildew in shower, sink was clogged slow to drain. Everytime someone above us used the bathroom we could hear the flush. Positive, bed was comfortable and clean

Was good but not as nice as the other Marriott facilities

There is no comp breakfast as in less expensive places, the bistro is very expensive and everything is a la carte, there are no vending machines of any kind anywhere, the coffee maker in the room offers only one flavor of coffee and no tea.

The hotel would do well to offer at least a continental breakfast and in the room there was only one coffee packet available for two people. Walls were thin and could hear conversation from the room next door and they could no doubt hear us. Convenient to Dartmouth-Hitchcock.

At check out I was completely ignored by the one person at the front desk for 3-4 minutes while she was on the phone, so I just left my key-card and walked out…maybe they were understaffed? Otherwise everything was very clean and convenient, bed was excellent.

Everything is fantastic

This was a nice hotel and very convenient to everywhere I needed to reach in the area. I like that there's a grocery store a short walk away. I will definitely be staying here again.

Bathtub has a distinct musty smell, missing hairdryer. Reception sitting area has benches that are way past worn out!

This property is very close to my daughter’s house and the DHMC hospital so very convenient for me to stay at this Marriott. It’s also very safe feeling for a widowed 75 year old to navigate by herself. Thanks..

Could not get wifi, no house keeping and breakfast not included as stated on website

The front desk was awesome. Loved our stay overall. Place was nice. The Starbucks breakfast sandwich was terrible like it had been microwaved more than once. Only opportunity I saw to be better.

Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable

The beds were extremely comfortable. The desk person was very helpful and pleasant. What we didn't like was the landscaping noise shortly after 8 am. And we were on the 4th floor. I cannot imagine what that noise would have been like on the 1st or 2nd floor. Other than that unpleasant wake up call, our stay was perfect.

Staff at the front desk are super helpful and knowledgeable. I had a booking issue that they worked out perfectly.
