Nice. But no lotion

It was excellent, but once I asked them to change the sheets on the bed because I spilled something on them. I returned when the housekeeper was leaving; I asked her if she had changed the sheets, and was told yes. I went to look, and no change was made. I purchased disposable sheets and use them.

Checked in really late and staff was still really kind and accommodating

My stay was okay , easy check in. Definitely room for improvement. Overall

Excellent location. If I had one compliant it would be that the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable.

The air was clean and comfortable

I had a suite the pull out baby was not safe for a adult are bed was to low to the floor it was just a mattress it was so uncomfortable bathroom was not clean I had to take washcloth to the desk it was so dirty the breakfast was bad and the one young lady was so mean to ask anything no toast cereal I had was not any good I paid 495.00$ for something yall said was remolded 5 stars and I was not happy just unfortunately in pain.

I picked this hotel because it was close to shopping and close to my family function. They did not disappoint.

Construction in the lobby and pool needed cleaning

It was clean however this was the first hotel I stayed in that did not provide at the very least one bottle of water … outside of that it was a cool and clean place to stay

It was amazing I just didn’t receive room service to keep my room clean
