Probably best hotel in Atyrau. Very satisfied with all services. Find food and drinks pricey. Breakfast is really good! Recommend going for the breakfast included option.

Hotel was great. Staff were extremely helpful when I needed to travel outside of the city and understood English very well. I ate mostly at the hotel and food was very good and breakfast was extremely good.

We liked the location of this hotel and it’s facilities. We were disappointed that there was a lack of communication between Ebookers and the hotel as they said that we needed to pay for breakfast when it was already included. I was 30mins in my mobile trying to sort it out. I am awaiting a charge from my mobile company for this unnecessary call.

Champions bar was great the manager there made me feel very welcome and the staff were also very attentive.. if ever in Atyrau you must stay here and visit Champions

hotel failed to get us a taxi despite pre-booking. Luckily it didn't make us too late. However, the taxi that arrived was far and away the lowest quality we have used in this town.

sono anni che vado in questo albergo ed anche se ci sono alternative a buon mercato, sin'ora ho sempre soggiornato al Renaissance. Ritengo il costo un po troppo esagerato rispetto al servizio ma certamente è comodo a tutto....
