The room was adequate. None of the amenities were working. There was no breakfast. Just a place to crash.

Smelled bad inside, Everything was grimy, stains on sheets. Pool closed, Continental breakfast was foul and old. Key card not working late one evening and had to wait an hour for the staff to return to let me into my room.

I tried to contact the property directly and no one answered. I called the 800 # and 4 different customer service staff could not get anyone on the phone at the local property. I arrived to what appeared to be a deserted hotel. I was traveling alone and was not comfortable staying there. Again, not beaing able to contact a PERSON at the property added to my issues.

The exterior looked abandoned with all the grown up weeds. Needs landscaping work. Interior was clean and looked better. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Instant eggs were not good but the yogurt, waffle and coffee were good.

Toilet broke, no phone service, microwave didn’t work, smelled bad, no coffee maker, air conditioning didn’t work. Ugh!

Had to go to two rooms. First room toilet wouldn't work. Wouldn't flush. Missing flush arm connection to flush valve. Couldn't convince desk clerk. Clerk also forgot to activate AC system until I mentioned it. Second room had working toilet. It appears the toilet had been broken for some time.

The inside is much, much nicer than the outside - don't judge a book by its cover!

The ownership group needs to sell this property. We’ve been staying here for years but it has been in steady decline favor the last two years. Staff is poorly trained and the outside of the property is absolutely Eay should be paying me to stay there.

First room had dried puke on the floor along with something splashed on the wall that had not been cleaned up. Asked for a different room. 2nd room ac didnt work very well and handicap shower stall wasnt working properly. Shower head didnt stay attached so had to hold through the whole shower. Bedding and towels in both rooms were very dingy and dirty looking. Pool was closed and appeared to have been closed for an extended time. Ice machines, vending machine and drink vending machines were not working along with juice machine in breakfast area. Would not stay again.

It was nice and private, as well as clean.

Absolutely gross, not a place you want to stay. No AC in the room, pool condemned by the health department, everything is gross. Outside overgrown weeds looks abandoned. Can’t find staff, don’t answer the phone, don’t reply to emails. I left. It’s super disgusting.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures. We thought it was an abandoned property when we pulled in. Overgrown weeds, cigarette butts & trash all around. There was only 1 car in the parking lot. When we walked in, the lobby/dining area was dark and all the chairs were put up. The pool looked bad and then we were told it was closed for maintenance. We ended up finding a different hotel, as this one seemed dirty and unsafe, and the only employee there didn't seem to care.

The person at check-in was courteous but the hotel looks deserted from the outside, smelled musty upon entering, swimming pool was out of order, vending machines were empty, the room was stuffy and smelled musty. Decided not to stay even tonight I had a non-refundable room. Very disappointed.

Pool was inoperative and we were not notified prior to check in, room had a hot tub that also was inoperative. Room was clean.

The pictures are nothing like real life! The hotel it self is dirty. The elevator makes a noise. The room walls were dirty like someone slashes Champaign on them. The hallways are super hot and they smell horrible. The pool was not in service and that was not noted on the description or else I would’ve not booked. When I asked front desk he said it had not been in service for a while now. Breakfast didn’t not look appetizing where the salt and condiments were it was dirty.

Checked in went to room and checked right back out.

The staff was very kind and friendly unfortunately the room had bedbugs.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport for a morning flight. This place does not look like the pictures. Looks deserted, like no one cares for it from the parking lot. Badly in need of a renovation-comforter had a cigarette hole, lobby smelled like industrial cleaner, room needed repairs. Pillows were old and shower curtain doesn’t reach the ground so floor gets wet. Pool closed by health department. Staff was nice enough and someone drove us 1 minute to airport in morning.
