excellent service

First stay at the hotel so not sure if I made the right choice. But the stay was good. Friendly staff. Room was ok. A little attention on minor repairs is required. Otherwise had s great stay. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Even the Security staff was great

For the price one would honestly expect more with the amenities. The fridge was on request and roaches found in the room were an issue. There’s an absolute need to upgrade the air conditioning in the room. Noise levels were really high at some point, but that could be due to the area it is situated. The whistle of taxi horns in the morning are something else. Wish there was a spa in the hotel itself. It would honestly take a desperate time for me to visit the hotel again.

The place is great. Need to offer some shuttle services, especially to shopping mall for customers.

The hotel staff are very friendly, the room was clean and priced very well. Parking is in a fenced, private lot. My only complaint is that it wasnt the quietest neighborhood. It sounded like there was a party going on until nearly 1am.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was upgraded for free because they were slow due to covid. Parking is in a gated area and very safe from people, as well as the elements. Highly recommend!

Firstly they had a private function so we could not use the pool. Function was loud and went out till late. people were drinking and playing music fro. their vehicles. also no.place to park.should have told us we would have booked somewhere else. Secondly we booked a family room but only enough towels, bodywash etc for one person. temperature was over 30 degrees and aircon in the room was not working and could not be fixed. no other family room or upgrade available. staff was badly trained and lots of learning required

Nice hotel, well located. However I have receive a poor service due to a mistake on breakfast payment registration. Fortunately on my request the management have apologized me by letter. Hope that the situation does not repeat with other guests.
