Good location, friendly staff

Location was perfect, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The neighborhood was great with excellent restaurants near by. The hotel is in a great location as it’s close to many attractions. The staff was awesome!

Loved this hotel. The staff were amazing, helpful in everyday. The breakfast was delicious and the room was large and clean. Close to major tourist attractions, Notre Dame and the Louvre. Will be back.

Well situated in Paris near the Louvre. Clean, comfortable bedding with delicious breakfast each morning. Friendly, helpful staff!

Excellent service from all staff. Breakfast was lovely & good quality with lots of options & coffee was nice. We even got a room upgrade which was unexpected & really nice.

Great location and breakfast Only downside was the safe is not bolted down so we did not use and the shower glass didn’t function making the floors wet each shower

my second stay. The room I stayed in during my first stay was excellent but my second stay was disappointing. I was in the jacuzzi room and the shower was terrible and despite asking three times during my two night stay nothing was done to rectify it. Apart from that the hotel is conveniently placed for transport and sightseeing. The staff are welcoming.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel has remodeled since the last time we stayed which has only improved

The staff here are phenomenal and genuinely kind people! They have rooms in the basement that are a little noisy depending on how close they are to the spa and maintenance but otherwise we loved it.

The hotel was very friendly and welcoming. Very nice spacious rooms and very clean. Could do with a kettle and tea and coffee in the room.

The staff at this hotel are the most welcoming, helpful, Pleasant and professional that I have ever encountered traveling Europe for over 25 years!

Our triple room was very large, clean and had a wonderful steam shower. The staff was just amazing-eager to help and go out of their way to see how your day was. The location was really nice too, as it has a pharmacy, little grocery stores, shopping and great restaurants just around the corner.

I took my seven year old daughter to Paris for her first time. I can’t express how wonderful the hotel staff was. They went out of their way to make me daughter feel special and added to the memorability of the trip! When we return we will stay here again!

Great little hotel. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. We arrived early and they gave us a room on the garden level. While I really appreciated not waiting, the garden level really means basement. The room was nice though and big by Paris standards. Not a good bathroom for anyone with mobility issues so ask if that’s you (high tub and slippery floor). Location is about as perfect as you could get. Louvre was 5 minute walk, Notre Dame about 12-15 minute walk. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

We were very comfortable in our room. There was a very bad smell in hall between elevator and room for first 2-3 days but the air eventually cleared
