Had a fire on the third floor ice machine.

There was a fire in the third floor ice maker at 9pm and the entire hotel was evacuated and we had to cut our trip short. No compensation was offered. We have not been contacted by the hotel other than an automated email asking us to rate our stay.

The fire alarm went off at 9pm. We all had to find a new hotel after fire dept finished. Things happen but it sucked. We'll see how they handle the refund.

Unfortunately during our two night three day stay there was a fire in the facility. We had to find our own accommodations and pay for it.

The staff was all extremely nice but the condition of the hotel is very outdated. The walls and ceilings are all cracked in the room as well as hallway. Upon entering my room there was dry yellow pee stain on my toilet seat which means it was not cleaned . The property needs full renovation and better deep cleaning.

I enjoyed my stay

uneven floor, crappy paint job, horrible chemical smell. this hotel at best seems more like a motel 8. However, The bed was at least clean and comfortable, and the a/c unit filters seem cleanish.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. When they found out we traveled with 7 kids, they let us into the rooms early. Rooms were clean and well stocked. The kids had a great time swimming. Breakfast had plenty of options for everyone. Overall, a very wonderful weekend. Definitely will book again!

It was a quick stay for my son’s 12th birthday and we had a great stay

We stay here often because it is the nicest hotel that is near our son’s home. We have never had a problem.

No hot water! I went skiing all day and wasn’t able to take a shower. What a joke! Do not stay there. I was told repeatedly it would be fixed in a few hours. I should be refunded.

We had such a bad experience with the breakfast. The lady working in the area was so mean and nasty with us. Knowing we didn’t speak English, and I asked her a simple question around Help with the pancakes, she was so mean and slamming everything

The process was simple. The young woman at the desk was very professional and friendly! That combination makes for a welcoming environment.

The pool always gets to my daughter’s eyes. Breakfast is ok especially since it’s free. The room was supposed to have additional living space but it wasn’t t as big as the other rooms we’ve stayed in at this location when we paid for additional living space.

Even tho this property was undergoing a slight bit of reservation, a strong point was the degree of quiet and lack of traffic noise even tho it was just off a major Interstate Hwy. However there are obvious areas where they need improvement. First thing I noticed was the extremely frayed and old bathmat; it really belonged in a landfill. The shower had black mildewed and cracked calk pretty much along the entire thing... an oversight that really should have been caught by the handyman. The hallway carpet in front of and down the hallway had white stains that seemed like they were there a long time. A few doors down a ceiling tile had been removed and exposed a leaking pipe which had a garbage can under it to collect the water. It wasn't a new leak as the hallway had a stale mildew smell; again... a plumber should have been called out for and emergency repair, not left broken. Just across the hall, painters tape was left and created an uncared for appearance. These issues had nothing to do eith renovation (in fact we saw none)... just careless and sloppy. The elabator was dirty and the fans was noisy and broken so that there was reallt bad and no no fresh air in the elavator

Hotel was as expected. Good but not great. A little out dated. Even with the heat off the room was very warm. Decent breakfast

We appreciated upgrading us to two adjoining rooms in leu of three in one room with a sleeper sofa. thanks! Shower hot water was warm and the sink hot water in room 328 was hot. Street was noisy with truck traffic early in the morning.

We had a great time here. This was our second time staying, and plan to stay here again when we are in the area. We love the pool for the kids and the breakfast is great for us. Hotel is clean and staff have been very friendly. Great locations Con: Parking can be tough as the parking lot is small (it is a strip so you may have to walk a bit to the hotel).

Close to shopping and restaurants. Will come back next time I’m in the area. Hotel staff was great.
