Great location.

They are bad in treating customers I had to change my plan and they charge me whole amount instead of counting only the first night as they stated in the policy

All ok but bathroomsxare terrible with a separate toilet virtually in the room with zero privacy

So convenient location wise and amazing staff and stay as well as food, phenomenal views!

Nicely located, quiet, staff was friendly. Room was small and bathroom very average or below average. Room setup was very unconventional.

Friendly staff, quiet surroundings, easy access to the mall. Missed a balcony, for the second time in our experience we were left with no hot water to be able to shower after being in the pool. Extremely inconvenient, even after the water had been restored we still had to ring down again to complain. There are definitely issues with the phone and receiving outside calls. The pool area is beautiful but always in the shade, which is ok but the water is also far too cold to be of comfort.

Great lication next to Dubai mall. Liked room but wished there was charging ports or outlets on both sides of bed. Made it very difficult fir partner to charge phone next to bed.

Ideally located, rooms are spacious, bed was massive, staff were really friendly and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel in a long time!

The rooms has no privacy ( shower, toilet/ bathtub) very inconvenient.

Prime location , super clean

None of the electrical outlets work. I couldn’t plug my laptop adapter in and charge the computer’s battery. This is the second time this has happened.

Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful

The air conditioning in the hotel is very bad, and the atmosphere is uncomfortable. There is no warm welcome during check-in.

We enjoyed a suite at the hotel overlooking the pool and the city. The rooms were very quiet, welcoming, and very clean and comfortable, there was plenty of clean towels and the bed linen was changed regularly. A great location and a great place to stay.

They are renovating the restaurant near and it’s impossible to sleep during the day .
