This hotel needs to be updated and remodeled it’s stuck in the 90’s old carpet and stinky rooms older tv without remotes and rooms without shades

Can’t be. 4 star hotel. May be 1 star.

The hotel overall is clean,food is ok,the staff are talkative and friendly but the carpets are damp and the furniture need updating

I did send my money for nothing, I was very disappointed the staff are rode the beach very dirty no one can swim. The food not that much good anyway I didn’t enjoy my holiday.

Had a nice stay ! The food was very good and there was plenty of choices. Breakfast is very good as well.

This hotel is more 3* than 4*. It has seen better days and could be very good again with some renovations and upkeep. Mold along tiles, cracking paint and the like. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Staff are super friendly which is almost a shame because they can only do so much when working in an outdated facility. Dinner was fairly good. Breakfast left something to be desired. Game room in the evening was cool. For a short 1-2 night stay its ok and a good price but i wouldn't stay for a week.

hotel from the 1980s; very little maintenace. rude, gate keeps front desk are OK. Ridiculous 20bucks deposit for a TV set that isn't worth 20bucks itself (TV set from 1990) Buffet dinner with cheap everything: cheap cheese, cheap salami, cheap lemonade, cheap hot dogs; and macaroni and cheese overal experience is OK if yo don't expect much. if you are European, this would be a 2* hotel to you.

First they ask to pay 61 at the cashier then you find out on the receipt that it's 60,80. They simply keep the change. It's self tipping! I tipped the doorman the other time, now I wont. The other night I spent here, they gave me a coupon for half board where it mentionned hours of dinner and breakfast. Today: Oh ... no... that's only for full board. TV didn't work. Now, go and spend your evening without TV! And I'm talking about 1980 TV not plasma or LED but the 50 pounds TV set without remote. Not coming back

Like any 3/4 stars hotel in Tunisia, the reception is taken care of but the rooms are from the 1970s. I would rank this one 3*. The discomfort of the rooms are compensated with friendly staff and a great location

Staff amazing, food very good.

The unfortunate events in Tunisia last year have taken a HUGE toll on tourism. MANY hotels have closed and the ones remaining are running well below their guest capacities. This was very much in our favor. We received an incredible price on the El Mouradi Skanes that we thought would be loaded with extra charges an unpleasant surprises upon our arrival. HOWEVER, we were never charged anything over what we paid on Travelocity. Granted, your are not staying at the Ritz Carlton, but for the price, you receive an AMAZING value. It is a four star hotel and comes across as such. Although the hotel has over 500 rooms, during our stay they were probably using less than 100 of them. But, the hotel still offered all of their advertised services including, pools, spa, activities, and entertainment. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We felt they made it their priority to make sure all of our needs were being met. One morning in the buffet restaurant, the waiters were fighting over who would get to serve us. The staff is multilingual and very well trained in hospitality. Thank you for an amazing stay!! We are looking forward to returning sometime in the future.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff was very helpful, the only downside was the smoking, as soon as you entered the reception or main lobby areas, you were welcomed with a cloud of smoke!!

Very nice hotel,beautiful,well maintained,room is clean,food is great,nice entertainment ,I really enjoyed it and for sure I will stay there aiain .

The hotel is quite nice inside as it looks like old Tunisian architecture. The room was adequate, with fairly old fashioned furniture. No complimentary tea & coffee making facilities (as promised in the brochure) The shower unit leaked all over the sink after having a shower and kept dripping most of the night! No extra pillows were offered & there was only one blanket provided in a twin room. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food (buffet style) but over the week became quite repetative in choice. Being all inclusive wine & beer were free, but came in very small glasses! The pool area was nicely laid out, but the beach was very small and quite dirty. The staff were friendly up to a point, but seemed to have more time for the German guests! There were a few supermarkets just outside the hotel entrance which proved very handy! Excursions were offered from the hotel and proved to be good value for money.The beauty therapy room was excellent! Massage was unbelievable! Only 3 miles from the airport which is very convenient!
