We loved our stay at Hotel Don Juan Tossa. Highlights for us included hotel cleanliness, convenient location (a short walk to the beach & restaurants), wonderful buffet breakfast, excellent/hardworking staff, and good value. We would gladly stay there again. Highly recommended!

First impressions was a beautiful hotel. Very friendly at reception when I checked in. My room was beautiful and clean. Towels changed every day. 10 minutes walk from the bus station. 2 minutes to the beach.

The information about the dinning was all confusing! Even the receptionist didn't know the correct times! Also I book half board but I was surprised that drinks weren't including in the dinner not even water!!!

My luggage is delay by airline , however they help to receive my luggage which the guest has already leave the property and told them not to receive any luggage after check out. They received luggage and didn’t notice the guest. I need to take 4hrs bus back and take the luggage myself, they are so bad

We were allocated a street view room as requested when we made the booking. Check in was straight forward and the staff at reception were friendly. our room had been refurbished and was spotlessly clean. The restaurant has been modernised and breakfast service is now less stressful than in previous years. The pool area is looking a little bit tired and would benefit from an update. Also it would be nice if there was a policy to not allow saving sunbeds by putting a towel on them at 10.00 and not actually using them until lunchtime. We would be more than happy to return at a future date as a stay here is excellent value.

Ya hemos estado por lo menos 6 veces en este hotel y todo super bien. La única pega que ponemos es que no haya ni una simple manta en la habitación. Sabemos que podemos bajar a recepción a pedirla pero ese no es el tema, es el detalle de que no haya en la habitación. Por lo demás todo muy bien, el buffet es muy bueno, el personal muy amable y la ubicación inmejorable.

Exceptional stay at this hotel. Food was fabulous and staff great. Our housekeeper was brilliant on floor 7.

We got to the Hotel around 11.45pm as it was a evening flight but when we got there we were greeted and made felt very welcome. The location of the hotel was fantastic and the morning breakfast was great as it had a very wide choice to eat. Definitely recommend and will hope to return back soon.

The location of this hotel was good. Service was okay. Pretty clean, although the smell of chlorine was strong.

IFrom your room, You could hear everything next door . Too noisy . It was good , in general .

Accomodation was in one of the many squares beside many restaurants, bars and shops. The accomodation was huge like being in a house. The kitchen was ultra modern. Only 3 bedrooms being used. Felt I had the house to myself Great dpot

The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were super comfortable. Very close to the beach and everything you need. Especially the staff was lovely. Gracias!

Das Hotel Don Juan Tossa hat liegt direkt am Strand (1 Minute zu Fuß). Das ist ein gutes und sauberes 3 Sterne Hotel. Das Hauptgebäude wurde vor Paar Jahren renoviert. Positiv: Alle Zimmer haben Balkon, Kühlschrank, kostenloser Safe, renoviertes Bad. Personal ist freundlich. Küche ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Zum Busbahnhof laufen Sie 7 Minuten. Zum Strand 1 Minute. Negativ: Reisende müssen bei einer Sache aufpassen. Das Hauptgebäude wurde renoviert und Zimmer entsprechen den Bildern auf der Hotel-Webseite. Es wird aber oft praktiziert, dass Urlauber ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer im Nebengebäude eingejübelt bekommen. Wenn Sie Check-In machen wird Ihnen gesagt, dass es ein Zimmer im Hintergebäude gibt, wenn Sie das nehmen, bekommen Sie All Inklusive geschenkt als Entschädigung. In so einem Fall sofort NEIN sagen und Zimmer im Hauptgebäude nehmen. Die versuchen da immer so ein Trick mit älteren Menschen und Unwissenden zu machen. Bitte Aufpassen!!! Sonst werden Sie Ihren Urlaub in einem schreklichen, alen, nicht renovirten Zimmer im Hintergebäude verbringen und sehr entteuscht sein.
