No breakfast included when booked with Hotels.com but you can pay for it at the hotel for €18per head , good hotel , clean big rooms , it’s really handy to Ashbourne

Very happy with the hotel, staff very friendly. Just one complaint is that netflix isn't available. Would be handy to have when visiting with children and as it's a popular hotel for children I think it would help parents out

Clean rooms, swimming pool & lots attractions for children

Highly recommend the Pillo. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and have all amenities you would need (iron, hairdryer etc.) The food in the restaurant was very good, as was breakfast, and the menus catered well for everyone. The hotel had entertainment provided in the evening for the children, and an arcade room, which is perfect for families with young kids. We all enjoyed the pool and spa, which again, was super clean and well maintained. We chose this hotel as it is close to Emerald Park, so its perfect if you're visiting the area for that reason.

Hotel handy for Emerald Park. Grand for families for an overnight. However breakfast wasn’t of a four star standard and the cleanliness of hotel/ swimming pool was not up to scratch/ what you would expect of four star hotel - pool changing area unclean ( at 8am in the morning, so only going to get worse) and the floors around reception were not cleaned / tidy early morning which is when you would expect it to be at its cleanest.

Good location for Emerald Park however hotel room floor was filthy and not hoovered (pretzels and biscuits all over floor). We had to pay for everything as we went along and they wouldnt let us charge to the room. Shower was good when it worked. Most plugs in the room didnt work. Mouldy curtains in room also. They seperate the bar and restaurant however the menu is the same and we had to go looking for menus in the restaurant.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Lovely bar. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms nice. Would stay there again.

Great food in the bar for dinner 60 euro for breakfast 2 adults 2 kids was a bit much for what we ate Pool reception under construction, only 1 single changing room, pool area messy and a bit dirty and some fun bits broken, water warm though Clean room and toilet, beds ok, adjoining room so heard neighbours very clearly at 2am but door locked and safe

The staff were brillant , food was gorgeous they only issue i would have is the price of drink in the bar. A bit to expensive.
