We booked family room and had terrible experience. The staff who chdcked us in was very slow and it took around 30 minutes for us to get our room checked in even though we had paid for room in advance. The most terrible moment was when I went for shower and the next room water was all over the room. There was some leaking issue and when I told the reception staff he was like so what. No courtesy to say even sorry once. Avoid this hotel.

Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Very old furniture, no intercom in the room. The room was so tight there was hardly space to put luggage. Hotel was smelling of food on all floors. Had to go find another hotel. The hotel is crap

The facility were not in place like telecom in the rooms no hot water or kettle the hotel environment some staff were not pleasant

if you're just looking for a very basic place to to stay (to sleep) then this would be good for you. We had access to a secure parking and close by Metro station. .

Property had no air conditioning, you had a basic fan in your room to provide air. Property is close to Orly airport but not to any major landmarks. The breakfast was good and available every morning.

Although the rooms were a bit outdated, the staff made our stay a great one. We stayed an extra night and the buffet style breakfast was great. Easy parking behind the hotel. About 10 min walk to the metro. Good value.

Liked the location because it was close to the Metro and the meetings we were attending. The hotel is in need of major renovation. It is clean and comfortable but old and needing a facelift

No vending machine to buy little thing. Got walk 10 min to go to the next street to get get basic thing

Generally fantastic service other than the restaurant waiter. The menu on the food side was a bit misleading but the kitchen staff were great. The cleaner was also very thorough.

The hotel should not have any stars rooms are to small and no air conditioning and fan's in the room you get boiling inside the room in the room you only have one switch to charge your mobile phone if you are 2 or 3 people than you have problems never ever again even for free

We booked 4 beds, but got 5, so that was good plus. Especially since there was not a lot of room in the VERY small two-bedroom "suite", so we used the extra bed as "storage". No air-conditioning, to prepare to sweat! Breakfast was fresh, and tasty, but with limited options, and nothing hot (other than "fair" coffee). Bus station is 2 blocks away, and connects quickly with metro.
