Staff was very friendly at check in, not so much at check out, except for the gentleman shovelling snow outside. He happily chatted while I cleaned my vehicle after being storm stayed. My biggest disappointment was after working outside in a feedlot setting outside all day and being covered in mud and manure the water in the shower was luke warm at best. All I wanted was a hot shower and warm bed.

only stayed one night but saw hotel had a very well equipped gym and a games/meeting room to gather. but hotel room was large and was great that we could park right outside door on main floor . Breakfast was tacos and a fruit bowl which was excellent and a nice change from usual hotel fare of eggs and sausages. Loved it

All was great as far as clean and comfortable. It boasts a fitness room worthy of a member type gym! Top shelf to me was the quality of breakfast, with coffee in Superior territory. Great staff

YES, it was a great stay and the room was very clean and had a lot of amenities, like coffee/Tea/ microwave, fridge

Staff was great, room was spacious and clean. The only problem was that in the morning there was no cold water. The hotels solution was to run the cold water tap for 20 to 25 minutes. I do not have time to sit around and do nothing for 25 minutes in the morning hoping i get cold water. Perhaps they should bring in a plumber and get the check valve repaired on the boiler so it doesn't back feed into the cold water system.

Beautiful spacious room with a desk and fireplace. Also, the best breakfast you can get with hotel room like this!

Courteous staff have helped me at time of need and I've been there when they have helped others in this remote location during terrible weather.

Our stay was very nice. Ater attaining a wake. It was nice to come back and relax
