The ocean

The place is located on the side of a cliff and is very beautiful. The common areas of the hotel were very nice but the rooms are in need of an update. Otherwise the only issue was I got charges an extra tax/fee for not having a PIF document of some sort? I asked about it and nobody could verify why I was charged this fee. If it was legitimate, I should have been informed by the hotel ahead of time as this is an unusual fee that I have never paid in years of traveling the world. Otherwise I think the location was excellent and so were the amenities.

Beautiful premises, but parking area is too narrow

They have to do maintenance in the pool area on the roof of the hotel, they need to paint and clean de glass on the railing. There is a lot of bird dropping.

Very friendly and professional reception, outstanding view from the room, and very delicious croquetas.

All room face the ocean, at the water level. Amazing view. Great staff, quick check in. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lobby,lounge, bar area a little run down. Need mor umbrellas on the outdoor deck tables.

Lovely hotel that lived up to the pictures and reviews. Lived the rooftop terrace and the wood fired hot tub. Food and drinks were also excellent

Position and view lovely. However food breakfast and dinner failed our expectations

The location of this hotel takes away your breathe. To open the windows at night and listening to the Pacific is sublime. The Spa is really wonderful. My only complaint is that the breakfast doesn't seem as good as it once was.

The views are absolutely stunning and the hotel is chic. the Spa was also excellent. The only negative was that the breakfast was not as good as the previous stay.

The staff was wonderful! Ixchal, Josefa, Hugo and Claudio and all the rest really made us feel welcome and took great care of us during our stay. The food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were really yummy and the view is spectacular. We hope to return some day!

Great, but we were in the room below the jacuzzi which meant we couldn’t really sleep in the day. Not ideal after a long flight. Failing that though, it was perfect!!

Excellent location

The Gum is in terrible conditions. They should not advertise the gym until it is remodeled. Equipment very old and not in working conditions.

The view and location at this property are unparalleled and the stay is a unique experience. This is definitely where I will stay again if I come back To this area. Staff is super attentive, restaurant is great, spa is nice, rooms are nice and clean and a view of a lifetime in a rock and bird sanctuary.

Very good one night stay. Staff were awesome, location is great. Although there was a problem with my toilet as it would not flush. Which was a bit annoying. It was fixed the following day however I was checking out anyway.

Awesome position and incredibe view from bedroom felt like being in the ocean with crashing waves and Pelicans on the rocks
