Everything was excellent! Staff was excellent! No complaints.

When we arrived they gave us keys to a room. We hauled our belongings to find the room being cleaned so we had to haul back down. We stayed 2 nights and when we returned from sight seeing our pass key did not work. No one was at the front desk so a maintenance man had to let us in. Pool needs to be warmer.

I rate this hotel as not the best and not the worst.The elevator floor was dirty and breakfast was sub par. The bed was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable. I would not stay there again.

We always stay here when we have doctor’s appt. The service is great- would highly recommend staying here.

Wonder stay in Columbia. I've never stayed here before, but will definitely be back every year in May.

We had an issue with our toilet not flushing properly and it took it over-flowing to get it fixed. They did then fix it promptly but also offered to switch rooms for us

The bed was so high I couldn't get on it. I had to go to the front desk and ask if they had a step stool. I hope no one else needed it.

Unable to check in. Online info and hotel policies differed. Thankfully did get refund.

The parking lot and the building including the walls ,doors and elevator were in disrepair. Not sure how or why this place received high praise. Word to wise, don't stay somewhere based on empty reviews.
