Room was clean, quiet and good for a few days stay. Good things: washer, iron & ironing board, good sized fridge, dishes, a/c, separate bedroom. Bad: no elevator - had to carry our luggage up 3 flights, never saw desk staff, couldn't figure out how to get the dryer to start, no shampoo, small bars of soap, longer walk to places than we thought, TV had limited channels.

clean room, a/c worked as expected, car prk was secure and enough spaces for number of guests staying there.

The staff was courteous, the room was large with a well-equiped kitchen, and the location is just 2 blocks from the lagoon boardwalk.

Nice hotel room. I enjoyed it

Staff were lovely, we liked that it was a family run business. The pool area is great to chill and relax. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s so much nicer than the photos. Our apartment was spacious and it had everything you needed for a self catering stay. My only downside was, the shower was broken on our first day and it never got fixed. We were unable to have a proper shower the entire time we were there. We were told maintenance would fix it, but they never did.

Clean room

Generally everything great. The clothes drier had a mechanical problem so could not use it. Would have liked shampoo in the shower.

This is a great value apartment in a convenient location close to the esplanade. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everthing we needed - a well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, air-con and a big comfortable bed. Free parking too - will definitely book again when we return to Cairns

Staff, amenities, room

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean and it was great to have use of a kitchenette. Property is located centrally in Cairns and is an easy walk to most sights.

No shampoo, no paper towels, not clean.

Parking was onsite and secure, the bed was super comfy. Washer and fryer in the apartment. Walking distance to everything we needed. We had a great stay.

Place was clean but was really stingy, with the price we paid, they wanted us to clean the place and take the rubbish out or the it would be a 55 dollar fee, plus had very little soap with no body wash, shampoo or conditioner. If the place was cheap per night it would make sense but for a little extra I saw you could go up the read to the Novotel. Would only recommend this place if you get a deal, if not there are plenty more nicer places to stay at for a cheaper rate

The one bedroom apartment was extremely self-efficient. Great location, good car park.

Staff were very accommodating, great value, great location, room was perfect for our needs.
