Property was quite nice and rooms were adequate. Major problem with air conditioning. They control the air and evidently ration it. We had 3 rooms but air was not turn on for first few hours on a warm night. One room never came on. Party at pool below was no major problem was very noisy for awhile.

Wow! Beach front, great pool (clean & warm), amazing beach access with chairs and umbrella. If you have children they have a kids club, pool and playground on the beach. Fabulous walking path- you can walk to Amantea (3.8km) or borrow bike from the hotel. Also, rooms very clean and staff incredibly friendly. Restaurant Gets a high rating- if you like the seafood get the Neptune platter (1 order is good for 2 people)

Very happy with the service friendly staff, soon after we got our room we rand reception requesting if possible another room on the top floor with better sea view and was no trouble, sending someone to give us the key, position couldn't get any better across the road from beautiful sand and blue water, I must say at breakfast we had Enzo the waiter, couldn't do enough for us. very happy.

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful most spoke English well. Food was excellent and reasonably priced and we enjoyed drinking the house wine on our balcony over looking the sea or on the beach. It was very quiet as we came in April . Just what we wanted for a peaceful break

This is an excellent hotel for the price you are paying. Excellent room, excellent staff and excellent food. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay some days at Amantea. Very good choice.

it was a quiet peasant stay, outside of tourist time, so not so crowded. Staff spoke no English until the 5pm person showed up so we saved all questions for him and he was wonderful and helpful. the rest of the staff was friendly and helped as much as they could. Liked the free bicycle as this was fun,

Stayed there off season, great beach when it's summer. Chose the place for good parking possibilities. Turn out the room was great, with view of the sea, newly refurbished bathroom et. The food in the restaurant very good.

Hotel was right on the beach. Very little English spoke by staff. I would recommend staying at the Grand version.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful Italian beach area. The pool and grounds were beautiful. Nice size rooms and very pretty bathroom.
