The air conditioning had issues and staff switched the room with ease.

Came in for a concert

Liked the size of the room and cleanliness . Didn’t like television. It didn’t work correctly.

Good enough, but some of the furniture was ragged

Nice clean rooms.

Everything really needs to be updated. Mine and even other guests had their keys stop working several times. The tv channels kept going out and then stopped working altogether. Pretty dirty, hair everywhere, sticky floors, greasy fingerprints all over the bed headboard that were so visible. Would not stay again. Only positive thing was the staff were all lovely.

Fridge did not work

Rooms were dirty, mattresses stained, dinning area was dirty, tables, floors, countertops, trash cans over flowing place wasn’t kept up with. Limited space for parking with big bulky items taking up parking spots. We also need towels and staff wasn’t willing to get us any all they told me was that they were at full capacity and they couldn’t give me any… overall bad experience.

The property advertised EV charging, but all that is available is an outlet to plug in. The main resource that I needed in a hotel was EV charging. Other than that huge MISS, the hotel was great. Clean rooms and linens, comfortable bed and bedding, good breakfast, friendly staff. But they didn't actually have the one thing that we needed and why we chose their facility.

Booked a King suite and the. Ex was a Queen. They gave me a different room with 2 queens. It smelled and looked as if no one had stayed in the room for awhile. Very dusty. There was a mouse trap out in the open by a couch which I took a pic of. The swim pool was very outdated and need of repair and upkeep

The young lady at check in was very nice and welcoming. Felt relaxed the moment we camr into the hotel. The room was very clean and welcoming.

The breakfast made it better for me was surprised all the options for free breakfast and nice rooms a noisy neighbors but our kids was noisey too so cant say much but other guests seemed very kind

Helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, clean, comfortable beds. Very conviently located! 9 min. to downtown, so many restaurants nearby!

Room was clean and staff friendly. Some items of furniture in the room were worn. Elevator being replaced and there was a ceiling collapse in the indoor pool

There was no ice, elevator or tv. The mattress was old and the air conditioner did not work except for 15 second increments. Good price but we normally pick comfort suites because of the mattresses are normally ver comfortable. A little disappointing…
