Old Florida vib, like being in a tropical haven, overlooking pool & Atlantic Ocean. & frosting on the cake, getting to observe a night rocket launch from Cape Canavral!

We loved that this place really feels like an inn rather than a hotel. The cozy atmosphere and eclectic decorations made it feel homey. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of unique amenities at this property which is only steps from the beach. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach!

Loved the personnel touches from staff and care they showed for the customers. It was great to have a hotel not part of big corporation.

Great location right by the beach and still walking distance to most amenities. Their honour bar is an unexpected treat.

Loved the wine and cheese hour. Serves breakfast daily. Provides towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Fresh coffee and tea all day. Sweet tea and cookies every day! Honor bar. Great customer service. Everyone we met were repeat customers. Walking distance to restaurants.

The room had a very small bathroom. Your knees almost hit the door when using the toilet. The shower did not have a door that closed so water would leak onto the floor There was no mini-fridge so no way to keep cold drinks or leftovers in the room. No dresser for your clothes or closet. Hooks were provided and 2 small nightstands. 1 Decorative cabinet that had a small shelf. A little difficult to find places to fit your clothes.

This was a really nice, clean older motel. We loved it. Everything was so clean and the staff were all kind and helpful.

Very unique quiet adults only hotel with beautiful balcony views of cocoa beach. Very close to cruise terminal. Nice amenities and good breakfast will definitely go back!

As a solo traveler, I felt very safe. Great beach access. All the amenities were perfect. Great breakfast and complimentary happy hour wine and cheese.

A great place to stay that’s adults only. Very relaxing, comfortable and quiet. Nice pool and easy access to the beach. The Inn provides beach chairs and an umbrella upon request. Complimentary breakfast every morning provided by friendly staff. Coffee and tea always available and a social hour every day with assorted cheeses and wine. The Inn is near a lot of restaurants that’s walkable. This is our go to place when vacationing in Cocoa Beach.

This was right across a small parking lot from access to the beach. They have beautiful landscaping and a very clean pool. We had a wonderful stay. They do not have coffee or a refrigerator in the room so you might want to bring a cooler. They have coffee in the lobby. They also have all kinds of drinks available for a reasonable fee.

Cannot say a negative thing about this hotel. Staff and management are very friendly and helpful. It feels very much like a quaint bed and breakfast. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff..beautiful room

Very nice quaint place, quiet, clean, nice pool area, beds were comfortable. Just steps to the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Great breakfast every morning served by some wonderful kind people. All staff were very kind. They also had a wine happy hour.

Wonderful staff - from breakfast service to front desk to maids. Small bathroom but loved the real rose. Wine and cheese hour was also very nice. We would definitely stay again.
