It was great

I enjoyed my stay room was very nice but that breakfasts was not good sorry!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

They charge you five dollars for parking when they do nothing but have an open parking lot. There is no service but you still get charged to have your vehicle at the property.

We had an amazing check-in experience and overall experience! The ladies at the front desk made the stay! They were so friendly and kind. I would definitely stay here again if I come to this area!!

Room was great. Television didn’t work in the bedroom and we were told they could not give us a discount due to booking thru a 3rd party site. They did offer to switch our rooms but when traveling with kids, that would have been a hassle

Although my experience was average, comparing this visit to other Residence Inns, I would have to say I was somewhat disappointed with the breakfast offered, as well as I had to continue to put water in the toilet tank in order to flush. We were only spending one night and we discovered this issue after we had unpacked and got settled. I am sure we would have been offered a different room however, the site was full as a home football game was being played and we did feel like packing the kids up to go to another hotel so we just dealt with it and did not report the issue to hotel staff.

It would have been nice if the pool was cleaner and kept up better other than that the hotel was very nice and well kept.

The hotel staff greeted me very friendly. The room was amazing. It was larger than I expected. Everything was perfect.
